Take A LEAP with REACH! Animals Learning, Empowering and Assisting People is our brand new, approved therapy pet group! If you are interested, contact me for an application. (It will be available for download off the website in a few days). Therapy pets visit others to brighten their day and give them something to look forward to. There are many studies that show the benefits of pets visiting others. If your pet loves people and being affectionate, they may be the perfect candidate. We will have (optional) bi-weekly classes to work on skills, and supervised visits to help you get comfortable. (You may have noticed i used Pets, not Dogs throughout- that's because LEAP is open to all animals! Contact us to see if your pet has what it takes!)
