Ready to submit your level and get your ribbon?
You must complete the levels in order; however you may submit multiple levels at once.
Your video submission must be approved by an Evaluator. Select the Evaluator you worked with in the drop down below so we can check.
If you completed the levels in class - you do NOT need to fill out this form! You will get your ribbons in class. If you can't come to class - please get in touch with us.
Your Level certificate will be emailed to you in .pdf format.
