** Volunteers needed! **
Do you want to improve your handling and canine communication skills? The best way to learn is through hands on experience. The more dogs you work with, the broader your knowledge gets and the greater your ability to read your own dog! We will be running a group class on Tuesday afternoons at 1:00; and are looking for a few volunteers to help work with the dogs at Powhatan Animal Control. More people will allow more dogs to participate. This will be a very structured class; focusing on specific skill sets to help the dogs be their best selves, and become more adoptable. The goal is to get the dogs their B.A. in Canine Life and Social Skills.
- You must be over 18
- You must be able and willing to follow directions
